Fibro Sort of Day

It has been this

kind of day.

The fatigue took over.

The pain was there
but not near as bad as
some days.

But this is what it is
like on most days.

If you know someone or
have a family member that
has FIBRO
support them on the
12th by wearing purple.

Thanks for your support with your
kind and caring words,

I try not to dwell on it, it may not help, but ...
Maybe we will feel better tomorrow. :-)

Pam,

I suspect I have a touch of fibro in my back but nothing that keeps me from doing what's needed but there are days when it acts funkier than others. I can't imagine anyone such as yourself who deals with the chronic pain all the time. I was curious with your weight loss, are you seeing any improvement with this? Years ago, I remember either reading about or watching a program where this woman suffered from Fibro really bad. It left her with the inability to do anything active and one of her favorite things to do was ride her bike. Finally after years of fighting depression, because she couldn't do these things, she got back on her bicycle. Taking it easy, she built herself up to where she could go further and further. By doing this, it actually gave her relief from her Fibro. I hope you have many more better days than bad. Have a good week, my friend!

I'm sorry it's been rugged Pam. Hope by now things are looking up.

that back makes mine hurt just looking at it.
I have a good friend in Maine who has fibromyalgia. Bless her heart. She has good and bad days--but has a great attitude, and always pushes through the pain. Must be hard though...

Hugs,
Betsy

Sorry that you are not at your best, nothing worse than continual pain and fatigue to go with it. I have a top in purple I will be wearing it for you and all the others. Diane

Oh Pam, I didn't know you had this, I'm so sorry. I heard it was so painful to live with. A friend of mine has this also, and she has good and bad days. But she says it's definitely hard to live with at times.

Thinking of you today, dear.
