Paintings

On my good days I am working on
trying to clean the house and
get rid of things.

With that said...
for years instead of shredding junk mail,
credit card appls and other stuff I
tossed it in a plastic bin.
Some of that stuff went
back to 2003.

So for the last two days I have
worked on shredding this
stuff. I would do 15 to 20 sheets and
leave the room, 20 to 30 mins later
I would go back and do more.

Dakota and I took all that
shredded paper  off to recycle
before the sun went down and
it had cooled down some.
5 bags....yep, you heard
me ~5 bags!

Okay...so to clear things out
and get rid of stuff I need
to get rid of some paintings
that are just sitting around.

Hi Pam, we also have a bag of shredded paper on the go. Once a month or so we put it out for recycling. Once a year we have a huge clear out of parerwork and that usually means a couple big bags of shredded paper. Thankfully it can be recycled!
Your paintings are lovely. Good luck with the sale!

Oh, Pam, these are all so lovely! Your talent is amazing!

Except for our house being mostly all paneled from 1948 (it's beautiful by the way, I feel like my bedroom is a cozy cabin) I'd love to purchase some of these paintings. :)

Great idea to sell the ones you don't keep a consignment shop would be a good place to put them if they don't sell on here. I'm sure in your area there's a lot of consignment shops. About the shredding I did that about a year ago I had all my dad's check registers and all his old checks and all of ours for years and years and years and I went to our bank and said do you shred Bank documents for free and she said yes only Bank documents so I went in there carrying bag after bag of them and gave it to him and they put it in there Shredder. We have places you can go but they charge shredding by the pound

Good luck selling your paintings. Is there a art fair in the area where you could set out a booth, perhaps? That might get them sold quicker.

I love that you have your own distinct style and such a great, bold use of color! I do love color and your paintings make me happy!
