Word Slip Up

You ever just say something and
realize as it is coming out of your
mouth it was said wrong.

Well, with Fibromyalgia and flare ups
 you tend
to really mix up words.

I have a friend that is so used to
it that most times she never
says a word when I have
a word slip up.

Tonight, we had dinner at the
Pub. I am able to
get grilled chicken and
stemmed veggies there.

While talking I made the statement
that just once I wanted to be
in San Diego Calif. just once
during MALE migration.

HAHA!
I caught that slip up and I don't usually
catch them.
So I busted out laughing!
She busted out laughing!

When all along what I meant was
"I wanted to be there during
WHALE
migration!

HAHA....today it was funny.
Most times when I do it, like
I said, I am usually in a
terrible flare up and in
lots of pain, not thinking
straight.
Tonight the fact that I caught
it and was able to laugh about
it was funny!

Thanks for stopping in,

I think everyone past the age of 30 mixes up words now and then and the ratio changes as you age. Ha Ha.

Well whale migration does sound fascinating but I have to say I like your photos to depict the male migration :)

LOL Pam! Too funny. I'm sorry you have fibromyalgia, though. I have another friend who lives with that awful thing too. God bless you both.

I would much prefer whale over male. LOL... I don't have fibro and I do things like this to. bob is used to it and fills in a word that is wrong. I hope I don't say this though, he might not understand

Too funny. One of these days I'm going to go on a whale watching cruise. I think we're at the end of the season now, sadly. There's some class that does this as a field trip.
